Bought something that is not quite right? Here is exactly what happens next.

Seven days to exchange

If a ready-made bracelet is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to exchange it for another piece. It needs to come back unworn and in its original condition, with the packaging it arrived in.

What we cannot take back

Bracelets you designed yourself in the studio are strung to your order, bead by bead, so they cannot be exchanged simply because you changed your mind. If a custom piece arrives damaged or faulty, that is a different matter and we will replace it.

How to start one

Message us with your order number and a photo, and we will tell you where to send it. Order numbers look like CC-260808-1234 and are on your confirmation message.

Something arrived damaged

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right, custom or not. You will not be out of pocket for a piece that arrived broken.

Delivery, while you are here

We deliver across Pakistan, usually in 2-3 working days. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,500; below that a small charge is shown at checkout before you confirm. You can pay cash to the courier at your door.
