Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order by phone or email before dispatch. Custom bracelets are handmade to order.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Any discounts are shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan, typically within 2–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,500; otherwise a small delivery charge applies, shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We offer 7-day hassle-free exchanges on ready-made pieces in original condition. Custom-made bracelets can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
