Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order by phone or email before dispatch. Custom bracelets are handmade to order.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Any discounts are shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan, typically within 2-3 working days after confirmation. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,500; otherwise a small delivery charge applies, shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We offer 7-day hassle-free exchanges on ready-made pieces in original condition. Custom-made bracelets can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. The full details, and how to start one, are on the returns page.
